i noticed the same heel strike running pattern that everyone else did, not natural at all, forefoot striking is where it is at :)

The part of the heel landing first with this guy running is ridiculous. That is perhaps the worst running form ever.

Absolutely, and in an add for Nike Free's it seems insane. Isn't one of the main benifits of running barefooted that it corrects one's foot strike?
