I do not understand how alcohol can be bad for you? Many studies indicate that a glass of red wine a night is actually healthy for the individual. Of course, like anything, too much alcohol is bad. Does the Qu'ran forbid smoking too? I would argue that smoking is just as bad for your health as alcohol. Why is alcohol okay but smoking tobacco not? I am just curious.

It means our argument is based in rationality and logic, which means when somebody gives us something that doesn’t go with what we already think, we can listen to the point without automatically disregarding it. I do not understand how alcohol can be bad for you? Many studies indicate that a glass of red wine a night is actually healthy for the individual. Of course, like anything, too much alcohol is bad. Does the Qu'ran forbid smoking too? I would argue that smoking is just as bad for your health as alcohol. Why is alcohol okay but smoking tobacco not? I am just curious.
