Once you get used to their noise they are fantastic dogs. Super smart and very loyal. To extreme that one favors me and the other favors my wife. I love my hounds.
Those dogs have such nice barks/growls... my dog's voice is just loud and annoying, lol.

my walker hound LOVES to learn new tricks... and he's usually not very loud. only when he's bummed that we're leaving him alone.

I got mine at the local dog pound, the one is almost 85 pounds and old and he still has a puppy personality, neat old dog.
