Nintendo obviously didn't design this, and it is something that shoudn't have been missed. They screwed up on the most obvious thing ever.

I think we have reached a misunderstanding.

I just don't think Nintendo wanted you going down those pipes without the Frog Suit, and they completely missed the fact that the Takooni suit could do it, which would be something that you'd think they'd test and find a way to stop it (such as Mario floating a few pixels above the pipe from the stream to prevent you from touching the pipe at all)

Ah, I see. Yeah. There's also the invincibility tumbling when climbing a vine too.
