My friend rented the Blu Ray and we watched this scene after the movie because I wanted to check out some of the extras. I told him that this scene was deleted because the editor's thought Ming Na in the outfit was too much for the movie. The film reel probably would have burned up (from Kylie and Ming) if they would have left this in there.

You have to realise this film for what it is... a parody of itself. I mean it is the quintessential hilariously cheesy 90's action movie, just taken over the top to the extremes and it isn't trying to be serious, it EMBRACES the melodrama.
