I think this comes from complete lack of sparring. They look like they are trying to work on footwork, avoiding punches (imaginary) and what not. But they have no surprise in any of their attacks, they are swinging wildly at a stationary target, even targets laying on the ground. Why try to surprise a stick waving in the air?

Their attacks are overextended and such a weak stance there cant be any power behind them... I'd be more afraid of somebody trained in the deadly arts of yoga...

But someone that's quick on his feet and slow to intimidate would probably have a good chance. If they were defending though.
