Yep, I agree. It's not as "unbalanced" as people assume and, while I respect him for pursuing sports in spite of the disabiity, I think they fight will be boring. I would HATE to be his opponent, talk about a lose-lose situation...

Harbringerb, you're an idiot. You can perform an armbar on some without manipulating the joint. You ever see what Frank Mir did to Tim Silva? No joint involved, it was called a "fulcrum" and he snapped that shit quick.
This dude would most likely lose a fight with no rules but in his weight class, he will be the strongest. No 135 pounder can bench 300 pounds. I am glad he will be able to fight at Auburn.

An armbar uses the elbow joint as the point of stress since it is not designed tobend that way. Also, every break a 1 foot board in half, easy right? Then try to break one of the halfs remaining... much harder. Not going to break this kids 'arm', and no armbar is possible. Having to bend the rules for him is unfair to others

while i admire his accomplishments based on his physical limitations, simple physics shows that this feat really isn't that impressive......the postion of the weights for anyone doing this lift with dumbbells would be at least twice as far from their chest, meaning it would be at least wtice as heavy.....if he does 120 lb in each arm, thats more like 60 lb dumbbells or probably even less = not that heavy
