Hmmm...the band doesn't quite get a hold of the groove on this performance of 'Papa Don't Take No Mess'. They wander off the core rhythm from the original track just enough to rob the song of its momentum...it actually sounds quite pedestrian here, which is really disappointing for a stone CLASSIC. They do a better job on 'My Thang', though.
