hey man, i am NO good with drilling, if i go to a shop to get my frame sliders done do they always install it in the same place? B/c i thought they would be drilling the fairing lol but i'm glad not
@SKStylez they are drilling the fairing buddy, i used a drill bit and it was all bad in the begining but over all its clean around the edges, theres only 1 place to drill it, into the frame! theres a bolt that u can screw in the sliders. NEVER RIDE WITHOUT SLIDERS! especially if ur a beginer

@lilchris845 u only get paid for what the bike is worth at the present time, so if u bought it for $5000, today it would be worth 2000, GAP insurance (one time payment, u get from dealerships which i didnt get) gives u the remainder of 3000. Put a fender eliminator on it,get a integrated led tail light with the LED turn singles in it,get LED turn singles in the front and put a slip on yoshi on it...but nice bike ima get 1 when i turn 16 next year 4 my 1st bike :)

Alternative to your insurance, if you push one of your parents to get atleast a permit. You can put them under the co-owner of the bike and put the insurance under them. I bugged my mom to do it. Full coverage with 1000$ deductables was about 370 something i think for me through geico. Put it under mom and went down to 100 which I can afford xD

I personally love the '08 graffiti and the '09 phoenix over the '10 lel :x
@aznsushi41 The accessories I ordered with the bike included flush mounts, double bubble, swingarm spools/frame sliders/bar ends, got an FE (not too sure which one to be exact, looiks like a heaven but sales person said it wasn't), as well as an akrapovic xD, I'll upload pics although they aren't that great. I'll admit that the price was a bit high, 9200 for the bike all stock, the accessories added up between 1000 and 1500 I forgot.
i took the fairing off first to see there the frame bolt was, technically u have to use a bolt that fits in the hole with a spike on one side to make it dent the fairing to see where it is so u can drill a hole. but i did it at night with a flash light, i used tape(ghetto) and measured where the whole is and drilled until i hit the spot.
Mad props on the bike man I got the same one I love it...You deff need to fix your rim tape and you pay way to much for insurance I got all kinda of speeding tickets and horrible driving record and am only paying like 600 a year! But congrats the bike look good check out my page anytime!

I got mine for 8500 OTD I've been riding for 2 years but been around them my whole life! I just joined the honda riders club but I have american family insurance so I'll have to see if they'll give me a discount....I bought my bike begining of December and have now put over 500 miles on it but its been snowing lately so now i just stare at it all the time....
My husband and I just got 2 of these bikes around November 09. We love ours as well. We are both new riders. We live in the central Texas area. @SaraPasley hey, no i do not live in texas, im in California. It was easy to do the frame sliders(52$ on ebay by shogun and 30$ for spools) IF you have the proper tools, when u buy it, it should come with a pdf instructions. The only thing i had a problem was is that i did it pitch black outside with a flash light!
