You need special white plastic poop containers in order to use this which are HARD to find ! It's noisy as a construction site and there are two holes in the lid where the poop & urine clumps go so the ENTIRE area stinks and the pet gets it's paws stuck sometimes!
The ramp doesn't come with the unit when purchased from a store - it'd an extra accessory item $15-20 plus txs.
look up the omega cat litterbox. You can get the large one for about $35.00 shipped from amazon. It works wonders. Its a manual litter box and would take you 30 secs to clean the box.
