  • wow what a beautiful moment

  • AND NOW WE WILL PUT ON SOME MUSIC

    its friday friday gotta get

    MAKE ME DEAF AGAINA RRGHGHGHGH

  • It's really strange...in the US it's like WOW this is a really touching moment....

In the UK it's like FUCK ...Barbric Capitalism! Like this woman had to wait UNTIL she was 29!!! Under the NHS she would have got it for free...when she was 3.

  • She was crying because the hearing device was actually excruciatingly loud and she told the nurse that it wasn't loud so that it wouldn't offend her.

  • @BileSack are you fucking retarted?

  • @Rankor She's hot! I would marry her. Who cares if she can't hear. If you love someone you learn to love all the things about them. Her being deaf is about as inconsequential as her pronouncing words wrong. It's just quirky things you learn about people. It's moot though since she's not deaf anymore

  • @tim72575 ...you mean it's a 'mute' point...LOL!

  • @tim72575 But you are willing to marry hr over something as inconsequential as her being hot.

  • @Rankor She could hear with a hearing aid before tard.. so shallow

  • @Rankor Someone who learned sign language! :D

Sorry I just had to be a mart ass.

  • @Rankor who would marry a deaf person? i think the real question is who the hell would marry you!

  • @Rankor Wow dude, no heart huh? Its call love...

  • @Rankor I would. I actually find it adorable.

  • @Rankor your an idiot..

  • Happy new year This made my new year feel like its puurree positivity

  • but i don't get how she can understand people speaking because she doesn't know what the sounds of the alphabet are

  • @tibbysd Truth is that there are different levels of deafness: Mild, Moderate, Moderately Severe, Severe, and Profound. It depends on what range of decibels an individual can hear. She may be mildly deaf which would mean she could still hear loud noises, but still is technically deaf.

  • if she was deaf how does she know what "loud" is :O

  • @jswizzle02 i would guess she knows the definition of loud

  • @littlellamalord ya im not doubting anything....just think think its wierd, she may know the definition but thats like someone who's blind and can see for the first time, saying everything looks "bright", when they dont know the difference between light and dark is, or what the "norm" is.

  • @jswizzle02 Makes sense.

But also realize that the cortices in the brain are created with or without the sensory organs. The difference between loud and soft is strong signal or weak signal.

She should also be able to interpret music just fine as well.

  • @esepc40991 What WOULD be difficult, though, is a person first being able to see, and recognizing which colors are named what. They'll have to be told that one.

  • @jswizzle02 most deaf people can still speak; they read peoples lips, and feel the vibrations to learn complex words and tone

  • @jswizzle02 shes not stupid.

  • @kratos4evr never said she was. But if you've never heard a single sound your whole life, how would you be able to differentiate what others perceive as loud or soft

  • @jswizzle02 she understands what's loud and what's not because she knows the definition why would you even ask such a question?

  • @kratos4evr lol such a dumbass... so because you know the definition of what something tastes like, you then know instantly that's what it tastes like? are u kidding me??

  • @jswizzle02 Actually yes. She understands the intensity in increased volume. Some people who are legally "deaf" can still hear certain pitched noises. What do you think a hearing aid is, it's a higher frequency, and/or pitch.

So of course she knows what loud is.

  • @jswizzle02 Well, the thing about this video is I highly doubt she was born deaf like the title/description implies, unless she has very mild hearing loss. Either way she speaks extremely well for a deaf person; it's my guess that she was born hearing but became deaf later in life. Also, majority of deaf people actually have residual hearing so she could have be able to hear certain decibel ranges.

  • u should fix the description... deaf not dead woman....
