  • While it is true that exercise burns calories, it is FAR more efficient to reduce your calorie in-take to lose fat. I would go so far to say, "Don't exercise to lose weight!" Exercise for all the other benefits that Mercola and Kathy are saying, but if you have a weight problem - it starts with diet.

  • Ever hear of the ROM gym four minute exercise? Too bad this thing is so expensive, but it is a true revolution of fitness that I'm surprised Dr. Mercola hasn't talked about.

  • Interval training is the best for burning fat. Do two minutes of your hardest sprint, one minute walk, and repeat for 15 minutes. It's highly effective.
