While it is true that exercise burns calories, it is FAR more efficient to reduce your calorie in-take to lose fat. I would go so far to say, "Don't exercise to lose weight!" Exercise for all the other benefits that Mercola and Kathy are saying, but if you have a weight problem - it starts with diet.
I'm wondering the same thing--what happened to the exercise instructions/video to follow???? I thought this was merely the 'intro' to that ? It would be very helpful to 'see' the recommended exercise 20 minute program! thank-you

Interval training is the best for burning fat. Do two minutes of your hardest sprint, one minute walk, and repeat for 15 minutes. It's highly effective.
