@colinfurtal no sir. u can see on parts 2-4 that it is completed. it's now standing about 8 hrs fr mumbai and producing product for your country i believe.. cheers!

@colinfurtal You can see it rising back up, and then a crane on a boat will come in, hook onto it, then depending on the method, divers will open valves allowing sea water into the legs to allow the jacket to "sink" correctly.
