Listening to Bryant Gumbel is like listening to paint dry. I watched the Cowboys-Packers game this past Thursday 11/29, and everything was great except Bryant Gumbel's voice and his fast,childish recitation-like way of talking. To get this job he must know some big wheel at NFL Network.

he said a ton of stupid things but not here.
60 to 63 is what he said and meant.
He was already saving time by not saying '19xx' so it's possible to assume he wanted to save even more time by not saying 'from'.
He is a total douche though.
