I listened to this song a lot when I had to stop seeing this girl I liked. It makes me think of coming of age esp at 4:53.

It's like no matter what you'll still have those wonderful or horrible vivid memories from childhood and youth you can never recreate or revisit. Even on my deathbed I'll remember how I felt with this girl, and I'll feel sad and happy at the same time. Happy to know that I lived and loved, and sad that the experience of life is over for me...good song

Great,...... actually Legendary song, but uninspired video. Honestly after the perfection of the use of this song in Cameron Crowe's "Vanilla Sky" finale you are not going to be able to repeat the justice given to the track. Still to this day even after uncountable repeat viewing I tear up, and get a lump in my throat watching it. However, keep trying but I would suggest your future attempts are with some of Sigur Ros's more recent tracks.
