because rocky 5 was horrible! stallone ment to end the series with rocky 5 but every 1 hated it so rocky balboa was made! and it didn't have it because rocky 5 wasn't even a boxing match rocky had! just a street fight!

@vegetatheprince123 Well that is your opinion and there was nothing wrong with that. There was plenty of action with the training sessions and everything leading up to the fight and the Rocky movies have good stories as Stallone writes, and portays these as someobody's life. Not all about action.
