generally i will just go to the individuals fan site. they tend to have thousands of high quality images of that particular person.

for example, for this picture, i went to google and typed in 'nikki reed fansite' which took me to a MASSIVE fansite they have for her. then i just searched through the images till i found one that i liked.

not all pictures in these sites are hq though, which sucks, but you just have to keep looking through.
