I love this shit, amazing rhyming rhythm and flow, but there's a reason you can't find the lyrics to it online...he's not saying anything, there's no lyricism or substance. That's why P never blew up
@ThaATrain10 he blew up in his own way. Not all rappers need to blow up to mainstream status, thats sellin out. I say stayin underground is the way to go nowadays lol
@GamerX89X He was very talented and could have retired in his twenties....oh but then little haters like you would call him a sell out....totally wouldn't have been worth it
@ThaATrain10 sellin out doesn't mean that you retire in your twenties. Sellin out is when you blow up too big in the mainstream status, just comin out wit songs out of your ass with no thought or effort put in. Im not hatin, Percee P is in my top 10 list of favorite rappers, if not, I'd make him 11, but he's very good.
@GamerX89X LOLblowing up TOO big? Selling out isn't about how successful you are, you could be the most commercially successful artist and still not be a sell out. Selling out is about changing and degrading your style and content just so you can make more dollars. It's a stupid thing too many people say that someone going mainstream equals selling out. It's not about how much money you make, it's how you make it.
@200percentdundee there's lyricism, percee has the most crazy rhyme scheme i've ever heard... the thing is, he's just a battle mc and most of them never blow up like they should 'cause that's the only thing they know they can do right.
@rmsg120nsb Just a battle Emcee? Percee P can story tell, and drops some knowledge as well, he has done it, P basically raps about how great he is, just like Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, and Kool G. Rap did back in the 80's, just letting everyone know they are the best Emcee, that's what P is doing, but his style is so unorthodox that few can truly appreciate the talent, but to this day, the best displays of skill from Rakim, Kane, KGR, Monch, are songs about how great and skilled they are..
@rmsg120nsb "Lyrics of Fury", "Men at Work", Kool is Back", "It's Hard Being The Kane", "Prisoners of War", P's "Lung Collapsing Lyrics" is easily up there with those classics. and if you look closely, to this day, new rappers still do those type of songs, just spitting about how gangsta, rich, hood, skilled, they are, P has also never been exposed as much as Rakim or Kane, and even those 2 are not as known compared to Pac Biggie, Nas, Jay, Em, now a days, P sits next to Rakim in Legend status.
@TRIPLESIXSICCNESS easy, i know and agree with all of that. when i said he's just a "battle mc" i meant it in a good way 'cause generally he comes through with crazy bars with ridiculous rhyme schemes just to tell you i good he is and how bad you are ahah... percee is one of my personal favorites.
@h1flyeR Why on fucking earth would you bring up Justin Bieber on a Percee P video? Is this kid so inescapable that his name has to be fucking mentioned on Percee P videos?
