I don't really like Marco v. Ramsay discussions, but I will say this: you can watch Marco cook for over six minutes - no music, no fast cutting, and no bouncing up and down - yet it holds your attention and it soothes you at the same time. It does that to me anyways, and I don't even intend to make what he's cooking if I'm being honest.
@chimpiki I absolutely agree - no fireworks or tricks, just good cooking skills demonstrated in a way that we can do them at home. I can tell Marco has definitely held your attention, if I'm being honest :-)
So different then those frozen fish fingers that I eat with tomato sauce most of the time x(

Marco is the best chef fillter on tv, but I do prefer cross cut to quarter cut. Marco you are top dog. cheers
