OMG i love Robert! He is SOOO sweet. Did you see how many autographs he gave in such as short time? He was trying to get to everyone he could! That is the greats man alive! It was very polite of the girls to not SCREAM extra loud like usual. he just got off a 10 hour flight then he goes straight to his fans. And he was smiling the whole way. He was more than happy to give his personal time to his fans. It warms my heart to see such a modest and down to earth actor.

Yeah, we got the new from Kadokawa (Japanese movie distributor company) just several days in advance. We are some of the lucky people who went to the screening in Japan in Jan. We gave email addresses to the company and we KNEW they will let us know these kind of events. We try to do our best to promote the movie. The Twilight Saga is not YET popular in Japan. So, screaming and begging for autograph would be a nice show to the Japanese media. :D

I used to be a fan of kristen but since I heard the negative things she said about twilight ,I don't like her anymore. Even though she lives in LA, she declined Oscars invitation coz she loathed Twilight while Rob didn't believe his ears when they invited him and he came from london to LA(11hours flight). Because I heard that she said negative stuff but it was taken out of context for what she actually meant (which was about people who were in on it for the money) there's a video somewhere of her apologising to the fans saying "It was taken the wrong way" but are you talking about another incident that's happened? He did say that reading a book from Bella's point of view was so personal that it made him feel voyeuristic, but he never said it shouldn't have been published...just that it made him feel uneasy to read something that seems like a confession or fantasy written in a diary. If he hated the story, I doubt he would have done the film.

He also said something about hating Edward, and that's why the only way he could portray him was someone moody and depressed.

I think PuffyamiYumi is mixing up her interviews. I have watched and read everything from Rob(Robsessed) and he have never ever said the book shouldnt be published or that he hated edward. He did say that he felt like reading Stephanie personal diary and it felt awkward. What the hell do you expect from a 22yr old guy? To understand how a woman mind works? He asked tons of questions to understand the appeal of Edward and used Midnight Sun POV. He was dedicated to this movie.
