no offense, but what do you expect from these things. not like your paying a lot of money. review it, then give it to some little kid who is going to love it and may not have anything else... don't smash things like in the other vid
@stepfour The thing is, I don't review these things for me. I review them for kids and parents who may only be able to afford one RC purchase. I don't want them to be ripped off. I want them to get something that's not just mediocre, but downright good. I don't want them to have any bad surprises or disappointments. I want them to know exactly what they're considering, before they hand over hard-earned cash.
@nerdyrc land based radios are usually 27mhz yes, but at different channels. Most cars now in hobby grade, heck even toy grade are running 2.4 ghz radios.
There should not be much interference from toy grades to hobby radios. Plus hobby radio tx's are putting out much more power.
Hey jang, Just my thoughts on your problem with this car. You probably already thought of this but
You are at a hobby grade rc track and your review says 27mhz, arent most of our hobby radios 27mhz? You might have been getting interference from someone else.
I know you test a lot of cars, and pleanty of them use 9v batteries. I am guessing you re use them for reviews?
Just my thoughts, you probably already tested both of those though.
