Great, but what if all my tasks are A tasks? :-) Everything has consequences if it is not done 100% perfectly: work, houseworks, family meetings, healthy lifestyle.. everything. My problem is this: if I do one thing, let's say studying or working on a project, I always feel I should do something else, like cooking dinner or other thing around the house. When I cook or clean, I think of all the studying I could do at that time. And I often end up with things done badly or not done at all..

1. What is the difference between C tasks and E tasks?
2. In your book, Eat That Frog, you mention that we should take one day off to recharge ourselves by doing things that we enjoy that won't tax our brain. Can we listen to music on those days? Because you mentioned in another video that music is considered chewing gum for the ears, and I do typically procrastinate too much when I listen to music.
Using will power won't get you far. Having to use your will power is an indicator of having an internal conflict. You'd just be fighting with yourself. That's not wise. What would be wise is to find out what's holding you back and let go of it, so that you could proceed with eagerness and maybe even joy.
Thank you Brian, I was praying for help to find direction and gumption in my life, the next morning I discovered your videos. Your advice has turned round my attitude and given me new hope, direction and determination to get my new business off the ground and kick out my chronic "mañana" attitude. From the bottom of my heart: THANK YOU!!

Brian, I have always wondered about the E tasks, if we were to eliminate those tasks, do we need to write it on paper?

Two questions:
1. What is the difference between C tasks and E tasks?
2. In your book, Eat That Frog, you mention that we should take one day off to recharge ourselves by doing things that we enjoy that won't tax our brain. Can we listen to music on those days?
