If he had given him the sentences to be served one after the other, they would be served consecutively. Usually if the charges all stem from the same crime/event then they serve all of the sentences from those charges concurrently.

it really is not punishment they TV and have friends and groupies - work outs - prison jobs not in their cell 24/7

For you guys who don't understand why they add years to life in prison is because if you get life in prison, you get to be buried in a real graveyard. If you get more than life in prison, your corpse is buried inside the jail graveyard.
I do not know if this is 100% correct, but thumps up if it is.

@bart666a actually no it doesn't cost more to kill them then support them for years ..what the cost in killing them is the 20 years of appeals ..STOP the appeal process in a reasonable time and cost to state ..ONE BULLET .. $1.50. and thats it opposed to $40,000 a year for food , clothing , dentist , medical , housing , guards etc.. costs to taxpayers is borne in the appeals..you argument is Incorrect but if you are a aclu keep stating wrong information.

Medical sucks..you get aspirin no matter if your shitting and puking blood or if your stabbed up. The guards beat inmates for no reason in FL DOC. Commissary is only if you have money and not everyone does, plus it gets robbed routinely in the prisons from other inmates. You really have NO idea what prison in FL is like LOL keep watching movies.

Middle eastern jails are good, every inmate is the brother of the others, no gang wars etc, the security are respectful and they dont treat you like animals, unless you commited a terrible crime. I know, my grandfather, uncle and cousin were in jail in Lebanon, we sometimes used to drive my grandfather and uncle home to have dinner and spend the day with prison permission. ofcourse they hated being in jail, but the humane treatment would make them respect the system and abide by it.

@armanimpressions Judge gave him the sentences to run concurrently. Which means they are all served together. If he had given him the sentences to be served one after the other, they would be served consecutively. Usually if the charges all stem from the same crime/event then they serve all of the sentences from those charges concurrently.

@thatpecinalgirl In the State of Florida fees are imposed to collect againist any potential assests of the guilty party. If Mr. Bearden has a bank account, car, tax return, etc. The state can collect againist those assets once a court order is in place.
