Ummm this isnt a GTA video. This is from the hard truck series. Possibly 18 wheels of steel or the other one released after it. Just to clear it up for you.

yes it is. If you look closley at 3:37, you will notice the crane in San Fierro, and the red marker that means you can operate that vehicle, which is in GTA San Andreas. I beat the game 3 times, I should know.
