@highlandbadger - It sounds like "Sing, Sing, Sing." If it is, the most famous arrangement of it (not the one featured here) is by Benny Goodman in the late 30s.
I do a good impersonation of him, I love to do to anyone esp.women ;-) who aggravate me. I used to work at a gas station in Brookline, MA 95% jewish, They used love to come in and condescend and treat me as if I were their private slave. All I could do back to them was my best WC routine. I'd give it right back to those imperialistic pricks that they are, WC style!
