If you go to a vet, they will tell you it's perfectly normal, but should be discouraged soley for the fact that it could develop into a habit and they might eat a diseased dog's shit. My dog always gets sad because I take her away from her poo everytime I catch her..she doesn't understand what's wrong about it.

That's a known condition. They sell pills to help curb that tendancy. If you really wanted to do something about it, it's easy. I had a pup that did that, simple to cure.
I read that dogs that do this may be lacking certain nutrients in their diet. I also read that a good way to prevent this is to put something that tastes horrible in their poop, like a jalapeno, so if she keeps doing that, she will associate the horrible taste with the poop and will not do it again. I would take her to the vet and get her checked out.
