Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) Approach and Landing

It's so funny. The first time I flew into salt lake city I was scared to death about flying over the lake. Now I can't get enough of Utah!

I live in Salt Lake and it's freezing! You get used to it but it's soo cold!!!

I've landed once in SLC. To me was a landscape as in Star Wars. Very nice place to be and to live. Nice post.

@horsegerbil I went to SLC about a year ago, most awesome place ever! The mountains are snowcapped year round.

@PaperModelPlaneLover Well not year around but pretty close, the mountains will normally lose all their snow pack around the end of July and the begining of august. then snow will hit them again around the start of October.
