I understand the system whereby Moolah was the agent. What I am saying is Wendi allowed herself to be a part of that system as did many other women, and then somehow felt upset when they didn't get what they thought they should.
Whenever I think about the long overdue award for Bret "The Hitman" Hart and Wendy Ritcher for WWE Hall of Fame, I think to myself maybe the old ethic that "Good will always prevail" is right.
I don't understand Wendi, she badmouthed WWE for years because she didn't get paid what she thought she should, yet there was NO contract! She was free to leave any time---she just got her head in the clouds with the Cyndi Lauper involvement and being on that god-awful cartoon. How gracious of the WWE to even allow her into the Hall of Fame!
@rdigusto right why should she not get paid more even though SHE and not the Hollywood Blonde Jabroni was responsible for the Rock and Wrestling connection.
@rdigusto Wendy got Wendy Richter pops. She was VERY, VERY over. Very popular. Like the video said, the highest ratings ever on MTV... Titan missed out by letting her get screwed over like this. They should have kept Wendy and raided AWA's women, and ditched Moolah once and for all. Moolah got HALF of Wendy's pay. Basically Moolah was the agent for all the women in wrestling back then.
I am So HAPPY that Wendi Is in the WWE Hall Of Fame Wendi Deserves That Spot In The HOF, She Helped Create Women's Wrestling In The 80's By Ending Moolahs 28 Year Title Reign About Time A Female Got Inducted Into The HOF I wish Vince did not screw Wendi Richter over and If she had Stayed Wendi Richter would have transcended further. Wendi was a Pioneer I am so HAPPY she is in the Hall Of Fame Richter A Former 2 Time WWF Women's Champion, she Helped create The Rock 'n' Wrestling Connection
I'm glad that Wendi Richter finally decided to bury the hatchet with WWE. Her screwjob was similar to Bret Harts, but it may have been worse. I'm glad she decided to put the past behind her and accept WWE's offer.

@30DazetoMars Insult me? lol, You insulted yourself with just your screen name lol, Why dont you go hang up your training bra little kid cuz i know your a bitch and if your not your missing a good chance to be !!!
Very touching montage of Wendi Richter, not too many dry eyes around after watching this. She has a lot of fans, both men and women, that enjoyed her incredible athletic ability and her southern humble spirit. Glad to see the WWE recognize and honor her efforts.
@Fizzy6 Trish Stratus was an Unlockable Legend in Smackdown vs. Raw 2010, but as far as why they don't do it more often or with women from earlier eras, my only guess is that since WWE doesn't really put any emphasis on women wrestlers today, THQ doesn't either. That is kinda weird though. Even in a game like Here comes the Pain which had the most Legend characters in the series as well as Women only matches, they didn't have any.
She will probley not show she was offerd to win that all woman Royal Rumbel she was screwed by Vince and Mollah and we Know it watch the match its 100% unexpected she was ment to be fighting the spider lay who work a mask and stuff but moolah and vice lock the spider lady in the dressing rooms and stole her coustome and scrwed Wendi out of her belt
@jessicaklardie paved the way? yo you should erase that comment so you dont continue to look stupid. didnt you just hear Moolah held the title for almost 30yrs! now you tell me who paved the way

Wendi Richter, is one of the greatest women, to ever be in wrestling. I ranked her #6, on my top 50, greatest women of wrestling list. She is a legend and a pioneer. She was great in the ring, had a memorable feud with Moolah and was the most beloved women, ever in wrestling. She paved the road, that is covered with diva pavement.

How come THQ never puts legendary female wrestlers like Wendi Richter in WWE video games like Legend of Wrestlemania or Smackdown vs Raw
