  • curly rules!!!fuck shemp and joe!!!

  • so cute smiles Ginger

  • funny song lol

  • haha funny ass song

  • What was the chart position for this song? It's one song that should continously be played on the 1980s hit stations.

  • This song was #15 in 1984:)

  • Wish it made the Top 10, nyuk nyuk nyuk nyuk nyuk

  • What was the short on the :54 mark? It's the clip where Moe gets frightened by a mannequin.

  • Make a video with clips from "jabberjaw" and combine this song, because jabberjaw sounded like curly.

  • OH! WISE GUY!:D

  • moe! larry! the cheese! moe! larry! the cheese!

  • no, limburger! :)

  • Does anyone know which episode is the one withe the golf balls fall down Curly's pants?

  • Three Little Beers

  • I love The Three Stooges!!!

  • The one and only 3 Stooges. Pure genius, and

I even got to where I can appreciate Shemp a

lot more than I used to. I think's he's way

    underrated. My best to all.

  • I also used to not like Shemp when I was younger cause I was really hooked on Curly, Shemp did start growing onto me as I've gotten older and I definitely agree with you that Shemp is way underrated, I still do prefer Curly over Shemp but Shemp is great in his own right.

  • I won't watch any episode with either Curly Joe or Shemp as substitutes for Curly. Curly rocks.

  • "Whatsamatta with you"?!

    "I'm a victum a soicumstance"!

  • Only one thing I don't like about this show, and that is that Joe fucking sucks and we don't love him

  • Hey Kingsokka! What planet are you from???? Danny Jimenez aka Numanoid17

  • the planet of carlie caplin and george carlin

  • I use this as a bump for the games I produce. works great!

  • I am Curley!!!! Made fun of my whole life because of my name. I play tenor sax and insisted we do this song in the band. Always a hit in the Bionic Arm Band. You have to love it!!!! Hey Moe!!!

  • hehehe that's awesome

  • Thanks so much for this! I love the song, LOVE the Stooges (and how anyone can't is beyond me). I laughed and laughed, thanks for sharing!

  • NUK NUK NUK NUK NUK

  • i love the 3 stooges

  • I just bought the album for this song. Only cost a dollar, thank goodness!

  • EPIC FAIL

  • i have this song on 45 vinyl record

  • Brian Setzer would fit perfectly into this one

  • Three Stooges 4 LIFE!!!!

  • Outstanding! I own the vinyl LP from the "Jump In The Saddle" band that has this track. I give you two nyuks up or maybe it was four.

I'm trying to think, but nothing happens.

  • thanks for posting this. i hav'nt seen this in a long time.

  • Love this song. Larry has some bad-ass dance moves from 1:07-1:10.

  • Well, all you youngsters out there! I am 51 and my brother and I grew up watching the Stooges on afternoon TV. We still love them and I am forwarding this vid to my brother so he can laugh along with me! God Bless the Three Stooges!!

  • 36 seconds in...holy crap. That makes all of the pain worthwhile, I reckon...

  • Gosh, they all have a special place in Heaven...especially Curly. No more pure comedian has ever walked the Earth.

  • "they all have a special place in Heaven...especially Curly"

Ah, what a great thing to say.

Great to see so many young people loving the Stooges like I always did.

  • I grew up watching the Sotoges on Late Night TV in Chicago and eventually Saturday afternoons right between American Bandstand and Pro Bowlers Tour. And I was introed to them by my Mother who watched em as a kid. In fact my Uncles and I still do the skits. Cant get much funner than Moe Larry Curly and Shemp

  • Awesome!

  • I think this was the "Back in the Saddle Gang" or something like that. Cool song, the Three Stooges ROCK !!!!

  • Back 'N The Saddle Band from Chicago.

  • Close, i have this on a 45 RPM, and it's by The Jump N' The Saddle Band.

  • I'm only 23 years old but I LOOOOOVE the Three Stooges and Curly was my favorite of them all.

  • bill1985 ~ I'm only 19 and I love the Three Stooges...someone younger wanna top that?...lol

  • I bet somebody will say a 6 day old baby loves the Stooges lol.

  • XD i was thinkin the same thing but realistically more like an 8 year old kid or somethin lol

  • Im 14 and have been a stooges fanatic since I was 8

Now its my turn to be topped by someone :D

  • haha melbourne shuffle

  • i havent heard this song since around 1985, 86. thanks for posting this.

  • I have this on a 45 RPM single and used to play the crap out of it!

  • i am dancing to this song!!!! GO PPSOD!!!!

  • Loved it!! I've always been a fan of the Stooges and that song. Classic Comedy is soo cool!!

  • haha! i forgot that i LOVED this song! cannot get any better than this....

    the 3 Stooges 4 EVER!!<3333333

  • 5*****

  • It doent get any better than this.

  • Three Stooges 4 LIFE!!!!

  • jeez, turn down the compression a little. a little goes a long way.

  • ive got this song on 45 vinyl record

  • some friends of mine and I did this at our school variety show... guess who played Curly? I looked the part cuz i was fat and at that time bald from chemo- generated a lot of laughs but some ppl were upset because I was the butt of all the slapstick [having my nose twisted, kicked in the pants, being bopped on the head etc.] Still was a great time though.

  • joe besser sounded and acted so much like a fag as a stooge

  • Wow this was a great song played at Shea back in the 1980's at the 7th inning !!The place went wild !! LET"s GO METS

  • I wouldn't be surprised being that most Mets fans are a bunch ignorant fools. The sophisticated New Yorkers tend to gravitate to the Yankees. I'm a Corona resident who says 22 years and counting is...way too much to argue. Losers.

  • Joe Besser was great as Stinky on the Abbott & Costello TV Show, but he was a crappy Stooge.

  • a true classic. never goes out of style. it was the best black and white show i ever saw. i used to watch them all the time on saturday mornings when i was little

  • Old friends and music from the North Shore of Chicago. My old friend Rick Gourley on bass, Tom Furlong on pedal steel and Peter Quin's great vocals..I used to watch these guy's in thier early days in Wheeling Ill. Bob Lindsy was the drummer in those days and a friend of mine..Bob,I and our friends Jack Garrett and Steve McHendrick started a band in 6th grade. I remember doing our first gig at the DGS school.I sure miss old my old friends back in Deerfield.Dale(Grohe)

  • Dale,,,, check yer damn messeges man, the suspense is killin me!

  • Jerome Howard = Good Curly.

    Joe DeRita = Shitty Curly.

    KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!!!

  • Joe Besser = Not Curly, Just Fruity!

  • I'd agree with you there. Joseph Wardell aka Curly Joe DeRita is a blend of Curly Howard and Joe Besser. Wardell would have turned 100 on July 3 this year.

  • Back in summer 1984,Philadelphia-based WTAF(now WTXF) had its Three Stooges Afternoon Hour and this song(about the first minute of it) opened and closed the show, preceding and following three select shorts.

  • Fox 29.

  • Thanks for the update. I haven't had that station in my cable system since 1988. That station was replaced by the 10/1/88 launch of Turner Network Television.

  • LOL what are you, 5 years old? Your mommy shouldn't let you play with the computer

  • question for anyone- wasn't the 45 record pulled from the shelves because of a law suit over the rights of the song from the family members o the stooges. i have heard who owns one of the 45's, its a collectors item.

  • Long story short: Columbia Pictures did try to sue, but never would have won because Jump did not use any of the 3 stooges voices or mention the 3 stooges. Still, they settled with this video out of court and split the money.

  • Watched them all the time growing up, especially right before going to school on Slam Bang Theater (Channel 11 Fort Worth, Texas). NYUK NYUK NYUK!!! Bowl of cereal and some laughter to follow. Good times. Got my girls hooked on them. They love Curly (who doesn't). Thanks go out to the "boys" who brought much laughter in my youth, and still do to this day.

  • And they did it w/o profanity or any other modern schtic

Truly classics, I love them to this day as do my kids

  • Lol. i know the guy who sang this song very well, his name is Peter quin...ive had a lot of good times with him

  • Hey, do I know you? I ran sound for the band for 6 years.

  • You can never beat a 3 Stooges show

  • i have always loved the 3 stooges this is a wonderful video

  • Great video! i think this video will never get old to watch.

  • They just don't 'em like they used to. I love the Stooges, and I'm particulary fond of Jerome Lester "Curly Howard" Horwitz. Classics never die.

  • Classic comedy! Nobody can ever do it like the 3 Stooges did it. Great video and audio. Thanks

  • i do that woob woob wooob woob thing on xboxlive all the time lol!!!!

  • Doin' the Curly Shuffel right now!!!!!!

  • i remember this song and have not heard this in too many years thank you david

  • Fabulous, fabulous. A great vid, well done - and brilliant quality audio!! Ten outta ten

  • I haven't heard this song in nearly twenty years. Good times.

  • comedy at it's finest, they don't have comedy like that nowaday's. . .it would be number one in this country if they did comedy like that, instead of being too dignified.

  • at :42 was that the LA coliseum? I love seeing the old football items and the like.

They don't make comedy or humor like they used to, and unfortunately we are all the poorer because of that. No one can ever replace the stooges, and that's why I wish they could show this to the younger generation (tweens- I myself am 21 and LOVE the stooges!) to show them that what they see is not "the funniest ever"- this is something that will be funny even hundreds of years from now!

  • i just turned 35 and watched them all the time growing up. I happened to have them on TV not long ago and my 7 and 4 year old LOVED it. I have the Jumpn' the Saddle 45 (record for you youngin's) around here somewhere.

  • Good Lord, they don't make songs like this anymore. And we're all the poorer for it.

  • The Stooges are the Gods of slapstick! My heroes!

  • The stooges rule!

  • I loved the part at 1:13 where the dogs were seated at the table with them!

  • Voo voo voo voo voo! Nyuk! Nyuk! Nyuk!

  • i love curly

  • The best comedy show ever.

  • i agree

  • i loved watching all of them. curly was always my favorite.

  • I can't stop laughing when Curly spins on the floor at the beginning...hahahaha...he is the first break dancer...

  • I still have my old record of this song that I bought back in 84 lol.Great to see a video to this.

  • In the mid-1980s, the New York Mets used to play this song and the video during the 7th-inning Stretch. They had to stop when the producers of the video threatened to sue unless the Mets paid huge fees for the right to air it.

  • I have not seen that vid in almost 24 years. I remember taping the song to cassette and playing it over and over. Thanks to whoever posted this rare and lovely tribute.

  • stooges are the best my 1st grader can't stop laughing

  • My sister hated this, but it was one of MY fave songs and videos back in 1984. I loved how Music Video 60 (Chicago) ran it almost every day that summer! ;)

  • i have 120 episodes of them and boy you cannot stop laughing when you start to see them do their nyuk nyuk nyuk stuff!! They are my favorite thanks for posting! great job!

  • CLASSIC!!!!

  • Here's a random comment... the JitS drummer gave my brother drum lessons back in IL back in the early '80s... our family saw 'em every time they came around town... glad to hear they're still around.

  • They have shown the Stooges on Chicago tv since the 50's and I swear its still the best comedy team period.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

  • may the three stooges live on forever

  • They used to play this in 1986 in the eighth inning at mets game. We won the World Series that year.
