@FUBARPROTOCOL Well, you don't have to pay insurance now, it's your to do what you want so if you want to risk it, you can. My dad didn't have insurance on his home after it was paid off and he was fine until he died. Taxes - that's another thing altogether. Take care.
@econewpower I live wright on the gulf coast about 5 miles from the gulf. We have had three hurricanes in the last four years. I have to carry flood and wind storm on the house or I couldnt sleep at night.
Thats where I need to be.
