if ur a big fan then u should know why they brought SCSA. So we can see him stun both of them on the biggest stage. Its like insurance, if the match wasnt that great then stun both of them after the match and the crowd goes wild. And it took a while for the match to start cause the crowd was singing and chanting. The Rock does that almost everytime before his match starts. They play with the crowd a little then start the match.
