It looks good but yes it is short taking in count your pc limitations looks good.
I used to have a pentium 1 166MHz in that year and I know what you mean, it was slow as hell since i use autoCAD (autoCAD 2000i in that years)

I created this animation in the year 2001, on a 600Mhz Celeron Processor with only 64 Mb of ram.
Yes it's short, and kinda rediculous, but how much can you expect from a penguin?
