I don't know why this house continues to receive so much press. The Lutz's admitted many, many years ago that they made up the whole story. I believe they are both deceased now. I now see where they got it from.I had never seen the photo, at 3:21, of the boys that were murdered.Same boy on the upper left of the original picture.They touched it up to make him look like, whatever they were trying for,and then put the staircase in the foreground.He was murdered horribly ,they should be ashamed of themselves.

ths picture at 3:20 was debunked. It was actually one of the reporters that tried to duck out of the way as they saw the photgrapher taking a picture.

Hey great video.I always doubted the alledged ghost boy photo you show at 3:20.This was taken by well known "proffessional ghosthunters." I now see where they got it from.I had never seen the photo, at 3:21, of the boys that were murdered.Same boy on the upper left of the original picture.They touched it up to make him look like, whatever they were trying for,and then put the staircase in the foreground.He was murdered horribly ,they should be ashamed of themselves.

People have lived there pretty regularly since the Lutz. The whole place has been remodeled to keep people away. The house used for the films...which was NOT the real house, has also been remodeled to keep people away. That one dark figured just seemed like a guy standing there probably thinking "Great....another one. Why can't these people stay away from my house!" I would live there in a minute! The place is beautiful.

The movies were fake but, I believe there are spirits & they are attracted to certain people. I think things like strange unexplainable noises happened to the Lutz` and after the media got wind they were offered some money so they went with it. After all they did lose their house.They never even went back to get their belongings.

@xxsinfullxxful that is possible too, so much of that goes on but why is it still empty to this day? i have a house that is still empty that i use to live in and it was severly active with paranormal activity. its has other buildings (small) attached to it and it has not been brought yet although remodeled but no one lives there, no one hangs there, not even cars parked, and not even grafitti on it. its just weird to me.

Ronald DeFeo, Jr. shot and killed six members of his family in that house, 13 months before the Lutz family moved in, and that's how the story started. You should also open an English book. Anyone can take pictures of a reflective window and make shapes and faces out of the results. It's called matrixing. Same as when you see an elephant in the clouds.
And showing darkened images of the house, set to creepy background music does not mean the house is haunted. The Lutzes made up the entire story to capitalize on book and movie sales.
