one thing more Gulam mohammad died during making of this film ......his student Naushad composed the rest of the song .....on condition that his name should not be replaced with his teacher name...........great people great job....who can do this now........we write our name one other books and work
This is an amazing song. I come back haunted to this song again and again. Does this mean that these men are responsible for my living in a house of prostitution ? or is it a come on to these men. In any case, it seems to me to have a deeper spiritual meaning, that life is transitory. I wish they made songs like this.

its funny how they found this out like 50 years later, and yes it was on the news like 2 weeks ago. shes saying these people have stolen my scarf (the one on her head) then she says if you dont beleive me then ask that guy and that guy and its goes in order by each guy and how he witnessed the theft.
