  • The Lemon Stings In My Roots =(

  • Henna dried my hair!! I used shelly herbal henna. In process of editing the video now. But it wont hold any style, it is falling out shedding like crazy. Can't get it to hold any moisture at all. Help!

  • Oh, I so want to try the henna!!

  • I think Im gonna try henna in my hair after watching this tutorial and Im lovin' the fact that you're listening to Isreal in the background, LET THE REDEEMED OF THE LORD SAY SO!!!!!!!!! SAY SO!!!!! SAY SO!!!! LOL!!!!!!

  • What does the hair mask do for your hair? I always wanted to try it but i dont know what it does

  • Two questions:

If you just are touching up roots, do you need to cover them with saran wrap/plastic cap or will it work without any covering??

When you rinse it,do you finda lot of shed hairs coming out?

  • @familiaherrera1 Hi, when I touch up my roots I use the saran wrap also. The henna will harden without the saran wrap. I never have any shed hair when I henna.

  • Such beautiful hair!

  • does the henna work sorta like a natural texturizer plus deep conditioner? im trying to get all the info now before i buy.......

  • Hi Makeupvirgin, thanx for sharing your henna treatment steps, this shud help me if & when I decide. Did you have grey thru-out your whole head and did the cinnamon help you achieve the pretty wine color? Love your results. Thanx in advance. :)

  • BEAUTIFUL!!!....so shiny and bouncy and the specks of color is so pretty*

  • I love isreal! Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!..

  • Hey Donna What is cowashing?

  • conditioner only washing

  • did you use cassia? I thought that cassia shows up best on blondes I think I'm gonna try Amla

  • beautiful:]

  • Thanx :)

  • good work..my sister does this too.

  • Thanx :)

  • I learned that using a conditioner like VO5 or Suave Coconut, anything soupy and inexpensive so you can glop a lot of it on will help in rinsing out henna. It works. Just put it on right on top of the henna when ready to rinse out. Get it in between, massaging from scalp and going down hair shaft. It rinses out freely and thoroughly. And I love the color you got.

  • Thanks for the tip, and thanks for commenting!

  • Very, very, very pretty. :)

  • Wow! Look at those curls pop!

  • beautiful!!

  • Your hair looks so beautiful!

  • very pretty color..you did great!

  • wats the henna for?coloring ur hair?i never heard of this.

  • Henna is a natural dye for coloring your hair without harsh chemicals that damage your hair. Its safe and good for your hair.

  • That is the same way I rinse henna and indigo out of my hair, by using VO5 conditioner rinsing it out. It really untangles the hair from using henna and indigo. It also keeps the hair moist because henna and indigo can make hair dry.

  • Thank you for your comment. I did notice my hair needed alot of detangling....

  • Wow. Running out to get some Henna. lol. It looks great.

  • It looks great! Love the color.

  • Thank you, I really like the color!
