Hello Joe I have recently decided to become a realestate investor, however there is a couple of problems, no money no credit. With the market in the state that its in how can I get started. hello joe i was wanting to know how do you do a real estate deal with a out of state caller would you call a realtor and have them look at the house and show the property to tenant buyer /and question 2 how would i know how much the propertys are worth ? thanks for your time- william
