  • I thought that was a wheel chair, until you said it was your bike. Thats pretty cool. I have never seen that before.

  • Rofl xD

" so im brining 5 pounds of PROTEIN POWER " xDDDDD

thanks for the vid though x)))

  • Great helpful videos. Thanks

  • WOW close to 50 and doing a triathlon SICK LOL U BETTER DO WELL! LOL

  • Scoobys the man..he don't need no stinking clothes..lol

  • How gay can you go?

  • Scooby... The only guy who goes on a trip to europe and brings 5 pounds of protein powder, but no shirt.

  • aw Scooby is so funny, u just got to like his humour, like the 'tossing of shirts' in in this case

  • hahaha "just toss a t-shirt at me" funny man. Love what you do, keep it up!

  • UGH... your voice always makes me want to yawn, lol

No insult... it just has that "Pre-yawn" calmness to it.

  • scooby im 14 years old and i am 5ft 5 if i lift weights at this age (and i have for about a year now) will it stunt my growth?

  • Scooby, do you gonna take a trip to berlin? because that would be freakin awesom :D

  • well i have some shirts but i will need to work out more if i want them to reach your size!

    damn, now i feel minute.

  • do you wear a hat on top of your helmet when you ride?

  • Oats, protein powder, - you can BUY it in Germany all over the place!!!

you could have used that space to pack some clothes (which you will need!)

    strange man you are scoob

  • Hi Scooby,

I was just wondering if you have a relative with a popular Youtube account as well because you look like someone else I am subscribed to on Youtube.

    Hope your ankle is better,

    utuubee.

  • your tourblog was great, i hope you enjoyed cologne :)

  • love your vids scooby, you have super nice speaking maniers, you look so gud person and friendly,do you ever getting angry for anything??

  • mcbreakest greaseball, I love it.

  • im not saying that all bodybuilders are short but most of them are you just have to search through some sites and see that the majority of bodybuilders are below 5 foot 8 which is considered to be below the average size of a man. Those bodybuilders that are higher than this have either started to lift heavy weights when they were 18-19 years or have been pretty tall when they started lifting even though they were around 15-16

  • im pretty sure 5ft8 is not an average height that is quite tall and ive seen alot of shorter men under 5ft8 at gyms even out in london

  • @crimsure 5'8 is like the border size of tall and short now im not saying that if you are below 5'8 you are short but its not considered to be enough for an average man and if you say that you have seen shorter man in the gym than 5'8 than you are just proving my point, heavy weight lifting stunts growth

  • @crimsure In the USA the average height for a white male is 5'10", Black - 5'8" and Latino - 5'7".

  • @pyroboyification average height of a canadian male is like 5'7..

  • @NotSoEpicMuffinz well than canadians are kinda short,no offence but im 6 foot tall and im one of the shortest in my class not to mention that im only 16.

  • @pyroboyification not too sure about that tbh with lifting weights stunts growth but i know taking steroids can stump growth i beleave. and i have seen loads of people my height that body builds and their massive n can hit hard. size doesnt matter with body building, but short people are not as heavy so their quicker. and average depends on were your from in the world. :) if scoob has anything to say, i am interested in his opinion :P

  • @crimsure he already says that it will not stunt your growth and even though he is a pro bodybuilder that i respect i would still disagree with him because i have 3 friends that havent grown an inch since they started to lift and many bodybuilders that i've meet have told me that they made the mistake of believing that their growth wont be stunt but it has so they may be big but not in size :) but your right about steroids.

  • @pyroboyification you said to notsoepic that your only 16 so im guessing your mates are 16 too and you do stop growing and then continue to grow, i trainned a few 16 year old to weight training (not super heavy like some wanted due to body changes) but i note down their size every 2weeks and it has slowed alittle but thats just due to normal body growth. im short which weight training did no effect to. so i must disagree with you and agree with scoob as i have my own recorded proof :)

  • @crimsure yeah you are right we can never be 100% right or wrong but we all have our opinions that we have learned through experience but we should also take the opinion of others so i will keep in mind what you said :)

  • @pyroboyification but hey we are not 100% right or 100% wrong there is always 10% about stuff atleast we wont know for sure.

theres always 10% that we will never know for sure about everything even if we do try n answer it.

  • Thx to all of you guys that answer my question!!!! :D

  • Oh Scooby, if I had known you're in Germany, I would have stalked you ;-)

I love you, even though I'm not into bodybuilding at all. I hope you enjoyed my lovely homeland and that all the germans were really nice to you. Did you really not take any shirts?

And to be a little german: It's "Gute Nacht". Nackt means something different ;-)

  • Mc Breakfast greeseball..... nice disssss

  • scooby can you please post a link to this portable pull up bar? Recently back to fitness... we are considering a move and may need to dump a lot of workout equipment. Anything portable we can acquire now would be awesome!!!

  • Would any size shirt fit you? hahah.

  • Scooby, How was your trip to Europe? Do you have a problem getting through the Airport check gate here in Germany? I was abit worried for you as Germany is quiet strict with Foreign food and stuff, i was wondering if the security staff getting suspicious of your two big luggages.

Soo bad i never saw you here in Dusseldorf, i was always by the river-side(between Kaiserwerth to Rheinpark) from 7:30pm to 9:15pm doing my cycling but i never saw you. Anyway, i hope you had a great time out here.:-)

  • my shirt size wouldnt even fit you. lol

  • I don't think they'd let you on an airplane with no shirt.

  • can you plz post good ab exercises???

  • @zacabral1 Are you serious? He has an entire playlist on his channel dedicated to abs!

  • @zacabral1 he's posted loads of them already. check his youtube channel! he even seperated all his videos into categories under PLAYLISTS. good luck.

  • You're touring on that bike?!?

  • @fatsachs I just don't have an issue with motivation, I have a strict schedule for training and I enjoy seeing the results though I know it takes time for the results to kick in. I also know that exercise is cumulative so I talk myself into protocol and I meditate (perhaps my martial arts aids with discipline).

Anyway, you can always hire a personal trainer for weekly or monthly check-ups to keep you honest. Quitting is easier so don't quit. I'm sorry but I can't take no for an answer.

  • Worlds ugliest man!

  • hello scooby.. i was wondering what is the name of your portable pull up bar ? and is it possible to do wide grip pull up on these?

  • Hey how many gallons is your fish tank? Are those live plants?

  • Scooby I wanted to ask you a question but the only way is if you accept me as a friend.... please help me out... I'll be waiting for your response

  • 1:40 "I will be cycling 12-14 hours per day". hehe, you are a drug free bodybuilder you say? ;)

  • @obesejim Of course! Since he's in better shape than you it HAS to be steroids.

Keep that attitude, and in a few years you may need to change your YouTube name to "STILLobesejim."

  • @crystallinentity hehe, i guess you didn't get my joke. It doesn't really matter, just shut your raggedy ass up and make yourself useful, you bitch nigger.

  • @obesejim Right after you loose some weight.

  • Hey Scooby when you get back can you do a video or an article on Creatine?

  • his head/neck and body do not go well together...

  • Scooby pls answer me this question, im 14 years old, im 1.60 cm tall. If i do dumbell exercises at this age its true that i will not grow up anymore?

  • @lolwut123able Heck no. My uncle who's a doctor laughed when I asked him the same question a few years ago.

  • @lolwut123able go to scoobysworkshop(dot) com then go to section "stupid myths" and select the myth:weights stunt growth. Hope it helped:)

  • @lolwut123able

    Not true.

  • @lolwut123able u wont actualy the only way to end your growth is steroids bad nutrition and using bad form when lifting weights. But if u do your training correctly u're good :)

  • @lolwut123able You won't

  • @lolwut123able as he insists in his youth workout video, nope you wont, unless you use extra nutritional sups as they can have some bad effects. basic musculation though is simply very healthy for anyone quite frankly!

  • @lolwut123able no its not true . you might damage your joints though. id recommend sticking to light weights though. nothing straining.

  • @lolwut123able There is a video, explaining this. But as you ask - NO EXERCISING WONT STOP YOUR GROWTH.

  • @ShniWalker thats not true dude if lifting hard weights cant stunt growth why are the majority of bodybuilders short?

  • @pyroboyification Because of the steroids they use.

  • @ShniWalker not all use steroids some of them are natural

  • @lolwut123able No, it's a scientific fact that you won't grow. Lifting weights doesn't stun your growth.

  • @Movies96B what?

  • @lolwut123able I'll answer this for you. No. Growth is based on your genetic bio structure. Also I wouldn't recommend you working out at that age because your body hasn't fully grown and developed. It isn't a smart idea and you could hurt yourself later on. Just be your age and do sports or something and stay "fit" , you don't have too have a great body to impress girls. Just whip out your dong. Nuff Said.

  • @poQkie "Just whip out your dong."

that's...that's really not a good idea and it definitly wont impress anyone. you know that, right?

  • @lolwut123able Scooby has posted a video about this very topic. It is called "Bodybuilding, stunts teen growth?". You can go and view it, (you should), but the short answer is no, bodybuilding will not stop you growth.

  • @lolwut123able mate Scooby has stated in previous videos that weight training does NOT stunt growth.

  • @lolwut123able

Go ahead and do your workout.

The thing is you need to remember to eat right and keep your nutrition right.

If you don't keep your nutrition right, it might affect your growth.

I guess scooby has video concerning this matter

  • @lolwut123able 1.60 cm tall? Hmm..

  • @lolwut123able retard...

NO , DO THEM , ITS SAFE .

  • @lolwut123able Weightlifting does not stunth growth, but eating bad food or taking some types of steroids does

  • @lolwut123able No you'll be fine, just make sure you're eating right, drinking enough water, and warming up before your workouts.

  • @lolwut123able you will not stop growing let me repeat that YOU WILL NOT STOP GROWING

  • @lolwut123able no man, i used to be 5foot 5 and i started at 13 years old, now i am 6 feet tall and i am still growing

  • @mercedesr63 btw i am 16 now

  • @lolwut123able no...

  • @lolwut123able no weightlifting DOES NOT STUNT GROWTH if done safely at any age. check out his website, scooby's got all the info you need there

  • @lolwut123able its ok im 13 i go to the gym and my friends gym teacher said its ok and my brother is a marine and hes 23 and he said its ok to do im pretty sure

  • @lolwut123able NO NO NO. that is a lie. it is GOOD to start dumbbell exercises when you are a teen. Scooby explains that in another video. search "scooby teen workout" and by the way, don't you mean you are 1.60 Meters tall? not 1.60 centimeters? =)

  • @lolwut123able No, doing dumbell exercises will not stop your growing process... Only bad nutrition, some supplements and steroids will reduce or stop your growing process... Btw you could have get that info from scooby´s homepage too... so check it out for more information about BB.

  • @lolwut123able heavy weight will stop your growth.from what i heard

  • @lolwut123able Don't ever grow up! Treasure your childhood, lift those weights!

  • @lolwut123able lol, i'm 14 and i am 185 cm tall..

  • @lolwut123able no it is not true that weight lifting will stunt growth.

  • @xSugahighsnipa Yes it can. For someone too young, lifting heavy weight, it can screw up the growth plates.

  • @lolwut123able Read his website

  • @lolwut123able Read his website, weightlifting will not stunt your growth, I'm 14 and I've been doing weightlifting for 7 months already since I found Scooby's website, I'm still growing naturally and now I'm as tall as my dad already. You can find out more on Scooby's website.

  • what happend 2 ur bike? someone ran it over?

  • @BLaCkEdOuTRoUsHF150 lol...scooby must hav sat on it...no surprise!

  • If I was 50 years old and Jacked as Scooby I would never, NEVER wear a shirt......work, church, restaurants, shopping centers......never...

  • nice angelfish homie

  • der geht echt in deutschland fahrrad fahren ??? wo?

  • holy shit, sexy body!

  • Someone as big as you swims?

  • hey what do you guys think about GNC 100% whey protein powder? It tastes insanely good but that only makes me think something bad is in it lol. thanks for the help.

  • You look like my Dad : P

I love your channel as well!

  • Hey Scooby, big time fan and I just hoped you could give me some advice on my goals.

Well I want to eventually achieve a body similar to vin diesels. I'm doing dead lifts, spilt squat's, plank, superman ,chest press, shoulder press, pull downs and forearm exercises. I understand the muscle gain process that you explained and know that i'll only see real results years from now. I was just wondering if im doing the right exercises to eventually achieve my goal.

    P.S. I'm in my Teens.

    Jean Maquis

  • @ShitTheLegendary Check his videos ,site and forum. Still try to experience different workout movements in order to find out which fit you best. Still as teens [ half o' year left for me thank god] we cannot expect to gain too much at first even though we are supported by our natural muscular and bone growth]This is a very slow process and always stick to your workout routine and I'm pretty sure that if you want to have a body like Vin's that's a problem ...Why? I don't think one year is enough.

  • @ShitTheLegendary Why? Well most of the actors and stunt artists [just like vin and others] are filled with steroids and pills and all possible crap a human body can or can not take. I support you but It's important to know that this is the best way to get ripped and steroids and other things like that might kill you on instance. Natural muscles are way more powerful, more beautiful and when you're 50 they don't hang on your bones like popped balloons. So take care! Ta-ta

  • make sure you don't cycle into any hole's in the road like your last vacation workout video. ow and wear a helmet ;)

  • @fabsIsWatching a simple good bye and hope to see you again =)

  • i want to join in on the "Tour De Hans".

  • That's a big mawfucka.

  • dude your flying on a airplain without a shirt on?

  • Who needs shirts, When you're as stacked as you are :)

  • Good Luck scooby.Cycling is a great sport :-)

PS: I learned a lot of things from you ! Thanks

    Best regards !

  • Good luck,Scooby!We hope you'll give your best :) !

  • We wish you well Scooby! have fun and be safe~

  • visit us in germany, Hamburg.. its beautiful!

  • "A mcbreakfast greaseball".

    Nice.

  • lol does a medium sized shirt fit you?? you can use it as spandex!! ;)

  • @fatsachs I often start and stop, just like you describe. If you don't have a partner to keep you honest, it's difficult to stay motivated. My suggestion is to find someone who's passionate about it, around the same level as you or a little above, and stick with them. Either that, or join a team who will give you grief when you don't show up for practice and games. Going solo is a rough road, it's too easy to cheat if you have motivation problems like us.

  • You are too much there Scooby!

  • i doubt i have a shirt thatl fit you.. sorry haha

  • I think that Scooby is going through middle age crisis ;)

  • @bpatryk69 Agreed

  • Shit sorry, i didn't mean answer, i mean question :D

  • @abcdefgfx

    Familj

  • That's it... I'm getting Twitter.

  • Who needs shirts, it's just extra weight!

LOL Scooby, why don't you just admit you don't own any shirts

  • I hope you have a great & safe journey Scooby!!!

  • Why don't you come cycling in Romania? It's a beutiful country ;)

  • nice roids

  • @ssj3YBA no,u

  • scooby once told us to consume .75g - 1.0g protein per pound of bodyweight per day. My question is, is the calculator wrong or is there something that I dont get? And should we still consume whey protein?Thx a lot :D

  • @kuripe91 I am 40 years old and I was the most skeptical guy about Scooby, but now I can attest that this does work. When I started, I weighted 190 pounds, and now I weight the same, but I have converted fat in muscle. I used to do about 12 to 15 push ups and now I can regularly do 25 very slow ones, just like he recomends. When I do them fast, I can reach 40 and in some occasions nearl y 50. I can now do 7 pull ups. I feel better than when I was 20.

  • @nestornegron thx for the reply, i really appreciate it. i still need to ask 1 more question, do we still need to use whey protein?

  • Sorry for sounding dumb. in "Fat loss made easy - meal plans, personalized." video, he put his weight as 240 pounds, and with 5 meals/day, the calculator suggests that u take 60 grams of protein/meal = 300 grams of protein/day.

  • @kuripe91 You do not sound dumb, you are calculation fine, but only one of the variables. You are not taking into consideration that those are estimates. If you should be using an + or - .25, so basically, any number that is about 75% or 125% of your body weight will do. What we must consider is our body weight as a goal. And remember, when you start loosing fat and gaining muscle weight you will be heavier, and will need to burn more calories.

  • Good luck Scooby.

  • @ageofpoo - I'm not sure if it matters what type of oats you buy, but I think plain oats might be better because there isn't any added sugar or sweetener like the flavored oatmeal packets. I haven't compared the two but I'd imagine that the plain oats have less sodium and calories as well which is always a plus. I have eaten plain oats a few times and yes, it does taste kind of bland. But the important part is getting the protein.... enjoying the taste has to take a back seat at times. :-/

  • no shirts? What about the airport? Are you going to just walk in there shirtless? haha xD

  • ahhha u allways like to wear thoose hats haahah

  • Hey scooby you should make a vid were you are force to eat at mc donalds like " A bear took all my food and now i gotta eat at mc donalds "

Mc Donalds survival guide for fit people. How to Loose weight and build muscle with mc donalds xD

    That would be hillarius <3

  • @dubbeltid Its difficult, but not impossible. McDonald's does have grilled chicken breast options which, while still not as lean as a roasted or grilled chicken breast done at home, are a lot leaner than their other offerings. I will often get either a grilled chicken wrap with hot sauce instead of mayo, water and a side salad, if i'm dragged to mcdonalds. It's a leaner, high protein alternative to pretty much anything else on their menu.

  • i dont think you can get any biger lol

  • did he say "auf wiedersehn"? i didnt know you can speak german. hope to see you here in germany

  • hahah love ya!....so finally i'm guessing ur gonna be doing the vacation workout video 2? but on the serious note how do u fit ur clothes into all this

  • where are you going, I am going to see you!!! :D

  • Are you traveling around Europe but be more specific! I am in Spain now. Let me know if I can see you here!!

  • cmon i say do a few push ups, jump some rope,do some sprints ,and definattely do the plank it will amaze you how long you can hold it after a few times of doing it. Oh cut down on ground beef and switch to EVOO.cut way back on salt and butter and cheese and milk it will fall off

  • @fatsachs Clarify your goals to workout. Exercise is your going outside of your comfort zone. You DO NOT have to go to a gym, or even leave your room. Push-ups, body weight squats, jumping jacks, skipping rope, walking the dogs (HIGH PACE remember Comfort zone n'est pas.), etc.

  • Umm...well shirts protect you from UV.... You really should snag a jersey of some sort that has storage pockets like a cycling jersey. You can jam two days worth of "food", spare tubes, small tools etc. in one jersey.

  • As an engineer I expect you to use tubulars; you are right? Long distance cycling is an excuse to eat SALT! 2-3 hours WHILE cycling is too LONG.

1-3 hours (but max of 2...3 for those with weaker GI systems while cycling) at minimum and even smaller portion sizes.

  • Who's gonna feed your fish?

  • @Furball2k the ghost of Mr Rogers

  • i would laugh so hard if in his next video he says that he came back with two extra luggages of shirts with him cuz people kept throwing them at him

  • watz gonna happen to all the fishies?

  • who needs a shirt when ur ripped!

  • No Shirts, HA!! lol

  • I love you man, you've been keeping me inspired, motivated and educated for the past year, I gained 25 pounds and lost ~4% bodyfat (all beginner gains but totally legit.) Thanks Scooby, God bless and good luck, enjoy your trip!

  • So glad your getting out..I give your no such thing as spot fat removal ALL THE TIME !!

    Go Scooby...

  • scooby take care of yourself man

  • tour de france sucks.. up with the tour de hans.
