god this album was simlpy awsome...! got a danish version of this album and a us version, both are equally awsome.... still I hear and see people rock out to this album, makes me smile and put my pros out to these guys!
where did you ever go, come back to this album and make us some more good times, please
went to see them at Hull Uni just before first album came out Cost 50p!! Still got the original disco machine gun single with the breeders sample in! It got recalled after one week on sale!!
This song is disco machine gun with the sample from 'Cannonball' by the Breeders removed.
Many tentacles pimpin on the keys is disco machine gun part 2.
F*cking loved this band back in the day, must have seen them live 7 or 8 times. IMO It went a bit wrong when the Wrekked Train & Sheriff Jon Stone left.
Lo Fi's were top and the Regular Fries too! Skunk Rock rules.

Dunno about vids to be honest but this was originally a 2 part track called Disco Machine Gun before being rejiggled together into this which is the album version. Check out a tune called Many Tentacles Pimping on the Keys too, a sort of remix or demo or something of this track, it rules
Battleflag got some recognition, but I concur with the statements about 'How to Operate...' Sadly in the states I only got to see after they lost their original vocalist...2nd Album was still pretty good tho.
Lo Fidelity Allstars were so amazing, how were they so criminally overlooked?!?! Love this song and "How To Operate With A Blown Mind" is such a great album, i've had it so long i bought it on tape! :-)x
How to Operate with a Blown Mind may be the best album to come from that "electronica" phase in the late '90s. Too bad their follow-up was mostly garbage.
still one of the baddest bands......their tunes have not aged at all

Cracking tune 'the disco bison loves disco music' a classic, DJs should still be playing this in the clubs!! It sounds 2007 not 1997!!!
