@LFCTraynor I have not no... But I do know that you can use the Xbox on it with the VGA cable I'm not sure about the PS3 thought.

I know you can plug a Xbox but I don't know about the PS3 but yeah you can plug in the Xbox into any monitor with VGA & you'll get the full 1080p resolution through VGA :) & yeah the gloss my Samsung LCD has it -_- even cleaning it with the cloth I got free with it scratches it.

That doesn't work for this monitor, I plugged in a hdmi - dvi adapter on the end of my hdmi cable from the xbox, into the back of the monitor and it just says no signal detected. :( will have to look into an alternative.

@LFCTraynor Its a pretty good monitor very bright, colours are great. The only thing I don't like about it is that the stand is glossy so it scratches really easy apart from that its great.

Hi there, i just a got a new BenQ G2220HD, and when i tried to play a original DVD movie it looked so dark, i changed the resolution to 1920 x 1080 and the qualitity of image viewing a dvd didn't changed, how can i change the optimal configuration to watch nicely colored and no dark movie. I love it!!! It has brilliant display... The contrast is good.. Only thing horrible is the Button Placements... I just can't click the correct one AS they are underneath the bezel.. The design Team should re-position the buttons so that they are FACING the user.

Great monitor guys, I have this one. Managed to grab it for $189AU delivered which equals around $155US.

Fucking awesome quality and great adjustments. Only drawback is if you have fat fingers you'll experience difficult adjusting the brightness/contrast adjustments etc. And btw this is not an Acer panel, it is infact a Samsung Panel which is essentially an LG panel. I know it's weird but LG sell panels to Samsung and Samsung sell them to BenQ. Acer make their panels and do not sell to BenQ.

@BaMaNeLiTe Hey, Do you have an ATI graphics card? If you do I had this same problem within Catalyst. You gotta go under graphics tab>Desktop and Displays>the little picture of monitor bottom left right click>configure. Uncheck 'Enable GPU Scaling'. Now go into 'Scaling Options' turn it all the way over to 'Overscan'.

I hope this solves your problem, I had the same thing happen to me on my ASUS MT276HE 27" and it DROVE ME NUTS! This is what fixed for me though. Good luck!

@Wenxiao8833 Not really. This monitor has 5 presets; Movie, Dynamic, Photo, RGB and Standard. While RGB and Standard are quite dull and best for browsing etc, Movie Dynamic and Photo are better for gaming, 1080p video and Photoshop, video editing etc etc.

Well, I got the Logitech X-530 5.1 speakers and they included a speaker to audio input, so on one side there was a black, green and orange input (speakers) and on the other white and red (console)

im just going to say who ever at staples told u benq is from acer or what ever isnt right. they are two diff companies and both make their own screens and are both on two diff sides of the world for there head office. as for the canadian environmental fee its meant to encourage u to either recycle the monitor or keep it.
