@aryllia : The album is "Monkey Journey to the West" the artist is going under the name "Monkey" who are the same people who do "Gorillaz" but legal issues meant they couldn't use the name Gorillaz for this. The first song is "Monkey's World", second song is "Heavenly Peach Banquet" and the third song is "Monkey Bee".

It talks of the peach garden and how tempting the fruits are and luscious, things of this matter. The Monkey king wants immortality I believe and this is one way to attain it as described in the epic. If I am incorrect feel free to correct me :P

I saw this yesterday, and it's the best thing I have ever seen, especially live. It was all top quality and sooooo skillful. Best of all, my seat was double booked and they moved me to a free seat dead centre in the best block! Talk about lucky!

Also, it was so good that it was in mandarin, which meant nothing was lost in translation. Some things get butchered by english translations. Plus I'm learning Mandarin so I'm pleased to say I understod...about 10 words XD

Wow. I've always been a fan of The Monkey seires, as my dad would always watch it on the tv. I think that this is excellant art and that Jamie is hugely talented.. so it looks a hell of alot like this Gorillaz work, so what? Each artist has his own style and they should be able to stick to it. Keep up the goodwork =D

It actually goes a lot further back than the Gorillaz. Jamie Hewlett also did the artwork for a graphic novel called Tank Girl back in the 80's which uses the same style.
