I knew the actress who played Myra passed away several years ago, but I had no idea she was 29 or 30 in 1998, which would have made her about 22 or 23 around 1992, about the time of the height of the popularity of the series. That would have meant she was a good 7 or 8 years older then Jaleel White, who was still in high school in the early 90s.

Jaimee Foxworth NEVER asked for a pay increase. Her character, Judy, was let go due to the popular Urkel character. The producers felt that there was no need for an EXTRA main character, so rather than let Urkel be a one-and-done deal, they let Judy go without explanation. I'd say it paid dividends. One other question, what the hell happened to Valerie Jones?

I always hated how Family Matters ended without showing Steve and Laura get married. Ever since Family Matters got cancelled I've wished for a reunion show. But I know I'll never see one. Especially since Jaleel hated doing the character of Urkel. I HATE when an actor hates the characters that everybody loves so much. It spoils everything. I have that same complaint about Pernell Roberts' character of Adam Cartwright in Bonanza. Adam was cool but Pernell hated playing him.
