BHP is Break Horse Power.

It probably is gonna be out for Christmas. It is said that this will release before Gran Turismo 5. And GT5 is confirmed for Q4 2009

Antialiasing is way beyond the hardware capabilities of the PSP though.
Especially 4x (you need at least that... 2x is pointless).
Whatever, you people should hope that they get the physics right.
Also... I can't imagine playing a GT game on the PSP, when when all buttons on a DS2 controller, for example, are analogue and press-sensitive, whereas on the PSP you press a button - and that's that.
