@Laggerboy2 It's held annually. I think this footage is from the 2008 competition, and I believe the winner that year was Geert Chatrou, the guy in the video with the curly hair and glasses. He won a few times in a row but he lives in Europe so he doesn't continue to go every single year and so I don't think he's the current champion. But he is still the best whistler in the world, in my opinion. His technical ability and musicianship is unsurpassed by anyone I have ever heard.
