  • He's calmer then my black husky! Her name is Selena and she loves to bark at cars no jokes!

  • Dobbermans are rotten EVIL dogs...Ok maybe I'm just jealous because I don't have one and I want yours....LOL Shame on you for not giving me your DOG!! shame shame shame!!

  • @408loverboy check with Dobie Rescue - there are some wonderful dogs that need homes and have so much love to give!

  • Nicely done! *claps*

  • my dobie is 8 months old and he drags me along the lead until we get to the field were I can let him off the run around..great job, well done!

  • It reminds me my Doberman i used to have until one bastard decided to kill her in order to rob our house...It looked just like yours, her name was Dolly...I' ll never forget her:'(

    Dobermans...Best dogs ever!!!

  • sweetttttttttttt

  • Oh, such a wonderfully well-behaved, and well-trained Dobie! You did a WONDERFUL job on your dog! I might ask you for help for my first dog!

  • Man , my labrador is so crazy and wants to run like hell, and your doble it's sp well tempered, awesome and cute with the kid

  • Very well, in fact dogs are better of lead by verbal commands than a choke chain . My rottweiler can be seen at "Rottweiler went hiking", no chains at all.

  • @168mightymark I will check that out, I love Rotties! And you are very right about the training method. Because Apollo was trained with no chains and a slack leash he is as obedient off-leash as on. I could've done this video without the leash but I do like to use it as a safeguard; he is a dog and dogs are not infallible. But my point is, if we are walking and I reach down and unhook the leash, nothing changes. It is his training and myself that keeps him by me, not a piece of nylon.

  • What a great video! It's nice to see you have gotten your nephew involved in the training..they both did a great job! :-) Positive reinforcement training really works well.

  • Beautiful doberman! It looks like Apollo really loves your nephew as well.

  • Love these dogs...i have a red Dobie named Apollo too!! how weird

  • pause on 1:19 ... the fuck ya'll lookin' at??

  • @BTRoach2272 it depends where u live.. For me it was 270

  • the most clever dog on earth is Dobermans

  • how much was the ear crop? Im only asking cause i want to get my doberman puppy ears cropped and i dont wanna pay way to much on it

  • or is it the dog walking the boy?

  • 1:00 I object! I think you should go to Steven's right away...

  • Dobermans I swear have a sense............my neighbors little girl really wanted to walk my Seeker - I was a little hesitant as they don't like dogs and they don't have pets. Do you know what she walked better, slower (just like your vid) with her - as if she knew. For this reason I think they would make excellent therapy dogs (if balanced) - EXCEPTIONAL breed and its a shame that the movies and peoples ignorance has them stereotyped........adorable vid xx

  • Good video. I guess the dog would be pretty intimidating to someone who didn't know how genle he actually was. I know I'm very careful around dobermans and dogs of that size

  • @musicianforjesus I don't blame people for being scared of him before they meet him (I love him to bits but I realize he is a big dog and some people are scared of big dogs), but on my husband's side there are some family members who refuse to visit the house because of him. :[ It's really sad and ridiculous. He is five years old now and has always been this wonderful but they won't give him a chance.

  • @justinluv I would probably be scared of him until you told me that he wouldn't bite or attack. People have a bad idea about dobermans just because of some that have been raised wrong and abused. Plus the media gives them a bad name by casting them as mean vicious dogs in movies and shows.

  • Very nice video I like dobermans than any other dog

  • What a great dobe! Love this video!
