  • Now that you have the full rotations, you have to learn forearm windmills so you can do it smoother and faster.

    .colapse ur stabbed arms faster(progression to lik a forearm mill)

    . whip ur legs hard to get to the 2nd windmill faster

    .control the legs

    another tip is try it from sanding and ur leg should whip under and get u to the 2n windmill in seconds with out trying

    you have a good form but the stab is slowing you down and you don't have momentum ..

  • u keep stabing to much thats why ur milss r mad slow and ur not using ur head and also ur too much in the handglide position after that first wip with the hand glide u put ur hands high in the turtle freeze and roll across ur head

  • you have a lot of potentional for mills that is, but what you need to do is keep your hips higher, and get onto your shoulder and UPPER back more, when sweep after you drop, kick your right leg higher. should take you over your shoulder

    try it by pushing your hips a little more when you are shortly before getting into the turtlefreeze position

  • the tip "you need more speed" is not very helpfull XD. Probably you have a really nic windmill now because your technique is nice but you have to hold your head down and use your shoulders, you always have to push with them if you want to go up again, puh with shoulders and legs and roll over your head then it´s a good mill!

  • it's good but you need to collapse fater cause tyour staying on your arms too much. if you want you can try forearm mills to help you with the roll more.

  • ur waiting to long when ur body comes back to the hand glide postion ur arms should be back and u just push

  • u ask me what i high stab was i now channel a high stab is kinnda like a low stab(stabbing near your hip) but u bring your kicking leg to your fance when your on your back and it puts you on your shoulder then when u roll over for the second rotation ur legs are high in the air so it makes it easier to collapes

  • When you go in the second round, make sure you drop faster onto your shoulder, it makes it more cleaner and faster, and also make sure you try to turn around quicker.

  • only use your hand to push off in the beginning. using your hand after will only slow your momentum. just tuck it in. I keep it tucker so as not to hit my face on the floor. as for momentum... instead of using your hand; use your upper body to propel to your back, and your legs will follow making you go incredibly fast. i hope to upload my vid soon!

    Anyways, i think u should kick faster and roll on ur upperback. Once u r able to kick faster, instead of going into the hanglide freeze push a little bit, the momentum from ur legs hsould be enough to keep ur legs off the ground and rolling

  • be on your upper back.push and keep the motion the the momentum of your legs swinging. that's all the advice i could give you.

  • You can do, its just that you need to push, not do back to the hang-glide position. Just push, don need to go back.

  • alot of people dont keep there head on the ground when doing mills.

    if you keep your head on the ground it helps you arc your back more which gives you more height to swing your legs when doing mills.

    thats the biggest problem for many people

  • also helps transitions into other moves like halos/headspins

  • When your back's on the floor, when you kick that right leg, you're spreading your legs so much that the kicking momentum is going sideways instead of going up- that's where you are losing all the momentum. Otherwise I wouldn't call this sloppy at all. Go search "windmill soul sector" and watch the first vid - picture perfect mills.

  • @HydrostaticsZ u have great form on ur legs but. a great wat to practice windmills on ur head iss to practice the turtle on ur head.. and slide ur head to the right of ur body to a point were ur sorta like in a kicking position with ur right arm stabed in ur side.this helps with the whiping motion.. and then going back into the turtle keeping firm on ur head and sliding to the left side ..
