  • anyone use this with thin plaster? i want to spray my old 1920 loose grantie foundation inside... i cleaned up the old loose lime mortor and want to give it a try.. seems the old white wash days are long gone and i cant find how to do it and from what i have seen it involves mixing alot of stuff..

  • It's a shame this video has such crappy resolution.

  • works great with premix....just make it real runny. add lots of water and thin it out. awesome job for the room.

  • No, only use texture material. The Power Tex is not designed for latex paint.

  • Can you use this with latex paint of any kind?

  • I bought this thinking it would be more of a toy than a tool. I was surprised at how easy it is to get set up and get to work quickly. I mostly used this for patch jobs and small additions or remodels but i definately recommend this tool

  • Nothing beats "lock and go technology" !! It's sooooo easy!

  • It blows out to much air

  • I wonder if you can spray down ward with it such as a countertop?

  • I just ordered this unit online. Home Depot had it online for $79 internet special. Totaled around $94 with tax $ shipping. Northern has it for $99 before tax. I;m about to upgrade some walls in my house and cover some wallpaper with knockdown and orange peel texture. Hope it's a good product!

  • @ swat

I've done texturing for years with every machine known. normally I would just use my aircompressor with a hoppergun but his machine looks pretty neat considering its size and portability. only thing that worrys me would be the longevity of this device. I wonder how long it would last if it were used several times a week. I may try one just to find out
