over 5 weeks now and still no return of key as Sue will not accept that poor standards of work were the reason for cancellation. she agreed to the cancellation and 3 days after confirming applied a cancellation charge (despite 10 days notice!!) . be wary, in the event an issue she will not return calls or emails - wonder how she still operates.
I have used this firm and can say the work is not up to scratch. the owner will not return house keys unless ridiculous cancellation fee is applied (in light of poor work i would think any business owner should waive any sort of cancellation fee) -wouldnt recommend at all.
