Barack on Military and Veterans

My dream president's policy for military would be:

1. increase military spending, but make sure it isn't spent on stupid things.

2. Get our troops out or Iraq but make the the Iraqi military and police force is properly trained to deal w/ insurgents and terrorists.

3. Make more of an effort to further future technologies military wise.

4. Equip the american soldier with top of the line everything including the land-warrior system.

Barack is going to kepp the military spending the same at around 439 billion to 500 billion, He will also give the u.s. soldiers the best stuff.
