  • Really Easy Mayo.

    1 cup oil

    1 big egg

    big pinch salt,

    pepper,

    1 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice

    (garlic, or herb of your choice is optional, dill is go for fish.)

    Put egg, vinegar, salt, and one quarter of oil in blender, turn on low, slowly add the rest of the oil in the top while running on low. close, and run high for a moment. Works every time.
