Anyone could be Bourne. He has a changeable face. The movies got it all wrong although I am a fan. Legacy takes place many years later. David Webb is a professor teaching linguistics at a University. When an assassin tries to take him out. Later to find out it was his son from a previous era. So it would be safe to say any older actor could replace Damien. The movies are far off so no telling what the script unfolds.
